Subscription policy – ChatGxP

1. Scope

This policy covers subscriptions to ChatGxP (Pro and Max plans, monthly and annual) sold by GuideGxP on www.guidegxp.com. Guides and templates are one-off purchases, not subscriptions.

2. What is included

  • Pro: access to ChatGxP, the GMP consultant, under fair use, and 5 document reviews per month.
  • Max: access to ChatGxP under fair use and 25 document reviews per month.
  • Unused reviews: reviews included in a month do not carry over to the next month.
  • Extra reviews: purchased separately, valid for 12 months, and require an active plan.

3. Price and renewal

  • Prices: in euros, VAT included. At checkout they may be converted into your currency.
  • Renewal: the subscription renews automatically every month or every year, on the same date as the first purchase, charged to the payment method you used. It continues until you cancel.
  • Discounted first month: Pro at €19, Max at 50% off. It applies only to monthly plans, only to the first payment and only once per customer; from the second month the full price applies.

4. Cancellation

  • How: at any time from “Manage subscription” on the ChatGxP Account page, or by writing to info@guidegxp.com.
  • Effect: cancelling stops future renewals. ChatGxP remains available until the end of the period already paid.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal fails:

  • we retry the charge once a day for 3 days;
  • ChatGxP remains available for 5 days after the due date;
  • if the payment does not go through, the subscription is cancelled and access is suspended until a new purchase.

6. Changing plan

To switch from Pro to Max, or from monthly to annual, write to info@guidegxp.com.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

  • First purchase: within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription you can withdraw and get a refund by writing to info@guidegxp.com, provided you have not yet used any document reviews.
  • Renewals: are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time as described in section 4.
