The documents and conversations you entrust to ChatGxP stay yours. Here are our commitments, in plain words.
Our commitments
Never disclosed or sold
We do not hand over, sell or publish your documents and conversations.
Never used for other customers
We do not use them to answer other customers or to prepare answers meant for anyone else.
Never used to train AI models
Neither our models nor those of our providers.
Kept separate for each customer
Every customer has their own space, separate from everyone else’s.
Encrypted
In transit and at rest.
Deleted whenever you want
You can delete conversations and reviews at any time.
No one reads them without permission
No one at GuideGxP opens your documents or conversations unless you ask, for example for support.
GDPR
We are committed to processing data under the GDPR. We store documents and conversations in the European Union; AI processing takes place in the United States. Sub-processors are listed in the privacy policy.
How long we keep data
We keep your data only as long as you need it.
- Conversations
- They stay until you delete them. We delete them in any case 12 months after your last plan ends.
- Uploaded documents and corrected Word files
- Deleted 30 days after the review.
- Review observations and reports
- Kept like conversations: until you delete them, at most until 12 months after your last plan ends. They contain short passages of the document.
- Deleted conversations and reviews
- They disappear immediately and are permanently deleted within 48 hours.
- Technical usage data
- Counts and timings of requests, without any content: 24 months.
