You: How often should the Contamination Control Strategy be reviewed, and what should the review cover?
ChatGxP:
ChatGxP is checking EU GMP Annex 1 and Chapter 1, ICH Q9(R1)…
In brief
Annex 1 does not set a frequency for reviewing the CCS: it asks for an active, ongoing and periodic review.
Regulatory requirement
The CCS should be actively reviewed and, where appropriate, updated, with ongoing and periodic review. Its effectiveness should form part of the periodic management review.
Annex 1 §2.3
Annex 1 §2.6
How it applies · practice
In practice the review is often at least annual, aligned with the management review, plus extraordinary reviews triggered by events. To be active, it should assess effectiveness data for the controls against each element of §2.5.
Proposed actions
1Define in an SOP the frequency of the periodic review and the triggers for an extraordinary review
2Structure the review report element by element according to §2.5
Example answer, shortened. Answers are generated by an artificial intelligence system; citations are checked automatically against the text of the sources.
How it works
Two ways of working, one service.
Ask the consultant
What the regulation requires, how to read it, what to do.
Answers split into regulatory requirement, official guidance, how it applies and proposed actions
Every requirement with document, edition and paragraph
Answers in the language of the question: Italian, English, Spanish, French or German
Review a document
ChatGxP reviews your document (SOP, protocol or CCS) and gives it back corrected.
DOCX or PDF with text, up to 25 MB and 200 equivalent pages
A quote before you start, charged only when the review is complete
Potential gaps with sources, a corrected Word file with tracked changes and a report
Why ChatGxP
ChatGxP is not a generic AI.
More than 1,000 official documents
EU GMP and EudraLex, EMA, ICH, PIC/S, FDA, WHO, MHRA and national authorities such as AIFA, AEMPS, ANSM and ZLG, with the edition and status of every text. We check for new editions every week.
Verified citations
Every requirement points to document, edition and paragraph. Citations are checked automatically against the text of the source: any that cannot be found there are removed.
Origin always shown
Requirement, guidance and practice stay separate. When the regulatory base is not enough, ChatGxP searches only the websites of authorities and industry associations and says so with a label: official source or industry association.
Flags drafts and limits
It points out drafts and texts in transition, and tells you when a question falls outside pharmaceuticals.
Document review
From your document to the corrected Word file.
Upload the document and see straight away how many reviews it will use. You receive the observations with their sources and the corrected document, to assess within your quality system.
01
A quote before you start
Equivalent pages and reviews needed, before you start. If the review does not complete, nothing is charged.
02
Observations with sources
Each potential gap with the passage of the document, the regulatory source and proposed text you can edit.
03
Word with tracked changes
The proposals go into your document as tracked changes, to accept or reject in Word. From a PDF you get a rebuilt Word file.
04
A report to share
The observations in a PDF or Word report, for review with your team.
What ChatGxP does not do.
It does not declare a document GMP compliant
It flags potential gaps and proposes corrections as tracked changes: the compliance assessment stays with your quality system.
It does not replace Quality approval
Proposals must be assessed in your context: review and approval remain with the responsible people.
It does not present practice as an obligation
Practice carries its own label, separate from requirements: requirements come only from verified regulatory texts.
Always check the sources and how they apply in your context.

How are reviews counted?
Equivalent pages are the higher of the document’s pages and its characters divided by 3,000. Every 25 equivalent pages count as one review, up to 200 pages (8 reviews). Reviews are charged only once they are complete. A new version of the document from your last paid review is included once, within 60 days, if the text stays largely the same and grows by no more than 20%: before you start, the quote tells you whether it is included.
Which documents can I have reviewed?
DOCX and PDF files with text, up to 25 MB and 200 equivalent pages. Scanned PDFs made only of images cannot be reviewed. From a PDF you get a rebuilt Word file with tracked changes.
What if I run out of reviews?
You can add extra reviews (5 for €99 or 10 for €179, valid for 12 months) or wait for the renewal. Questions to the consultant remain available.
Can I change plan or cancel?
You can cancel at any time from Your account › Manage subscription: your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. To change plan or switch to annual billing, write to info@guidegxp.com.
Which languages does it work in?
Italian, English, Spanish, French and German. ChatGxP answers in the language of the question; excerpts from the sources stay in their original language.
What happens to my documents?
They stay yours: they are never used to train AI models or shown to other customers. The uploaded document and the corrected Word file are deleted 30 days after the review. How we protect your data
Are GuideGxP guides included?
No: ChatGxP and the catalog guides are separate products. The guides you have bought stay yours.
From GMP requirement to concrete action.
