Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Nature of the Products

The products offered on GuideGxP are provided exclusively in digital format (PDF), available for download after purchase.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content delivered by non-material means (download), once the execution has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent.

👉 Therefore, once the purchase has been completed and the file downloaded, returns or refunds cannot be requested.

3. Exceptions

A refund may be granted only in the following cases:

  • damaged file or file that cannot be opened;

  • technical issues attributable to the website’s distribution system.

4. Transparency

At the time of purchase, the user expressly agrees that the supply of the digital content will begin immediately after payment, thereby waiving the standard right of withdrawal.
