All products sold on GuideGxP are provided exclusively in digital format (PDF).
No physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery Method

Once the purchase has been completed, the user will receive:

• an order confirmation email;

• an immediate download link for the purchased digital product.

Files also remain available within the user’s Shopify account (if created).

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is immediate.
The download link is automatically generated within a few minutes after payment confirmation.

4. Download Issues

In case of technical issues during the download, users can contact our support team:

We will be happy to assist and, if necessary, provide a new download link for the purchased product.

5. No Shipping Costs

As the products are digital, no shipping costs apply.

6. Limitations

Download links are intended for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred to third parties.
